Then, the supernatant was collected to detect the inflammatory cytokines. The contents of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-10 were determined by ELISA kit according to the instructions. The kits for determination were provided by Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology (Shanghai, China).
